Since we are converting this car to A/C, we had to drill out the spot welds and remove it so the evaporator box will fit. The rear body panel had a healthy dose of fiberglass, bondo followed up by another thick coating of a sprayable polyester filler. The air distribution box was brought in rusted and had 45 years of grime on it. After a thorough cleaning, it looks almost new. The floor pan insert has rust perforation as you can see. The part was rusted but once we cleaned it up, the holes started appearing. << Prev - Next >>
